Need Urgent Eyecare But No Money?

Today's question is im 18 and now on my own my own I wear contacts and glasses.most of the time i wear contacts because i get headaches wearing glasses because i have strong astigmatism .i havent seen a eye doc in over 2 years and its really time for me to get checked but i do not have money for glasses or contacts not even an exam. before i had the help of my parents but they are no longer around i have no more conacts and my eye hurt so much causes of the glasses is there anyway i can get a free eye exams and help getting glasses and contacts??? I have -7.50 in each eye and i have no luck find employment in this hard enconomic time
